About DHN


DHN was founded in 2022 and is an independent family-owned retail store in Tuzla (Bosnia & Herzegovina). The store offers top-quality DIY materials including electro material, water material, paint material, and much more.



The Problem


The business had no brand identity, brand guidelines, or any other branding/marketing assets. Also, there was no "online" marketing strategy in place to create brand awareness.



The Solution


First, we created a few logo concepts. We analyzed the market and noticed that most of the competition had boring and generic logo designs that looked like they were made 40 years ago, so we knew that the task would be to make a simple, modern, and unique design that can't be mistaken for a different (generic) company logo.


Then, we created a nice Business card & Flyer design to go along with our newly made logo & color palette.


After those print-ready assets were made, we moved on to create the three main channels of marketing (Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook). We went to the store, took around 85 pictures of the store, retouched them, and posted them to all three marketing channels. Then, we created 3 unique Ads and prepared them for our advertising campaigns.



The Result


The work done for the DHN store was a big success and was shared over 100 times in the first day! Many of the family, friends, employees, and customers were amazed and impressed of the professionalism and quality presented on this project.


14 days after the project completed, we reached out to see how our work has benefited their business so far, and here is what the owner of DHN had to say: "After we completed our project, I started asking customers "How did you find us?" every time they walked into the store. With no surprise around 65% of the customers mentioned that they discovered our business through Facebook or Google. I am so happy and grateful for all the effort and work you guys put into this project! It really made a big difference."
